International Orders

The International Orders Policy is effective as of February 5, 2026

We currently ship internationally to Canada only.

All Canadian orders are considered international sales and are subject to customs regulations, import fees, and additional delivery requirements outside of our control.

If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us before ordering.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Customer Responsibility for Import Charges

Canadian customers are responsible for all import-related charges, including:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Government processing fees

These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

UPS will bill any applicable duties or fees directly to the recipient at the time of delivery.

Failure to pay required import fees may result in delivery delays or the shipment being returned.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Border Rejections & Shipping Deductions

If a Canadian shipment is:

• Refused by the customer
• Rejected at the border
• Returned due to unpaid duties or taxes

The customer is responsible for:

• Original outbound shipping costs
• Return shipping costs
• Customs brokerage charges
• Any carrier fees incurred

These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund.

If the total return-related charges exceed the original purchase amount, no refund will be issued.

Returns & Warranty

Return Eligibility for International Orders

All sales to Canada are final.

We do not accept returns on Canadian orders.

Please verify compatibility and product selection carefully before placing your order.

Warranty Applicability

All TrunkMate Camper Kits sold to Canada include the same 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If a warranty issue arises:

• The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
• Replacement parts may be shipped at our discretion

Warranty coverage does not include customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges unless otherwise required by law.
