Our TrunkMate Camper Kits will fit your vehicle as advertised on the website’s Fit Guide or as stated in any email correspondence. If the product doesn’t fit your vehicle as indicated, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Return Policy

For orders to the USA

Not completely satisfied with your TrunkMate product? If you aren’t happy, we aren’t either. Contact us within 45 days of receiving your TrunkMate product to initiate a return.

Once approved, a return label will be sent via email. Print off the return label(s), affix to the original box(es) and drop off at your local UPS store.

Once we have inspected and restocked your return, we will issue you a refund on the card used for payment. Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to process on your account.

Return Fees

A 10% restocking fee is issued for all returns.
A 2.9% processing fee is non-refundable for all debit and credit card transactions (Note: may be slightly higher for PayPal, Buy-Now-Pay-Later, or international transactions – see breakdown)

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging to qualify for free return shipping.
Returns must be received within 10 days of the issuance of the return label.
If you do not have the original packaging your item shipped in, you will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs (including shipping label) to return the product to us.
If returned items are damaged due to improper packaging/shipping, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and may charge up to a 50% restocking fee, depending on the severity of the damages.

For orders to Canada

All sales to Canada are final – no returns.

Warranty Policy

All TrunkMate Camper Kits (USA & Canada) come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects or other malfunctions resulting from everyday use of the product.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your order. If this is the case, please contact us immediately so we can stop the production of your order before it ships. Please also be aware of the following cancellation fees:

For cancellations of all orders, there is a non-refundable processing fee that will be withheld from your refund:
- For debit and credit transactions, a 2.9% processing fee will be withheld.
- For PayPal transactions, a 3.49% processing fee will be withheld.
- For Buy-Now-Pay-Later transactions, a 6% processing fee will be withheld.
- International transactions generally have higher processing fees than domestic and will be withheld as they are charged to us. // PLEASE NOTE: These fees are what the payment processor charges us for processing your order. And they are non-refundable. So we do not profit off of this, but simply recoup our costs.
If you cancel your order after we have begun production of your items, you will be subject to an additional restocking fee up to 10% of your order total.

Shipping Policy

Shipping to USA

All orders to the Lower 48 US States include FREE shipping via UPS ground. All delivery dates, including those found inside email correspondence and tracking updates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot contact the driver or change the date of delivery. We are not responsible for lost stolen packages.

Our warehouse is in Southern California and approximate shipping times to your location are indicated on the map below.

Rush Ordering

Need your order sooner? We offer rush ordering for a 15% fee. This ensures your order will leave our warehouse within 3 business days. You can select RUSH ORDER at checkout on the shipping method page.

Please note: This does not guarantee a specific delivery date, just a “ship by” date.

Expedited Shipping

By default, orders ship via UPS Ground. If you would like us to use a faster shipping method (eg next day air), please write “EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Need by __ Date” in the order notes. We will send you a payment link to cover the extra cost of the expedited shipping.

Please call us before ordering if you require a very quick turnaround time.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to all Canadian provinces and most metropolitan areas within. Please call us before ordering so we can verify whether we are able to deliver to your address.

Previously, we charged a $150 flat rate fee for shipping. But given the tariff increases, we are waiving this fee. Until further notice, shipping is now included in the price, free of charge.

How Duties & Taxes Are Billed:

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees required by their country’s customs regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

UPS will bill you directly for any applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
If your order is held at customs, you will be required to pay these fees before the package is released.
Failure to pay these fees may result in delays or the package being returned to us.

We do not have control over these charges and recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.
