Our Fit Guarantee

Our TrunkMate Camper Kits will fit your vehicle as advertised on the website’s Fit Guide or as stated in any email correspondence (if any). If the product doesn’t fit your vehicle as indicated, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

Returns of Lightly Used Products

Not completely satisfied with your TrunkMate Camper Kit? If you aren’t happy, we aren’t either. Return your kit in its original packaging within 90 days for a refund – no questions asked!

A shipping label will be provided free of charge** and all you will need to do is package it up the same way you received it and drop it off at your local UPS store.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns of lightly used products.

**Terms & Conditions**

• Items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging to qualify for free return shipping.
• If you do not have the original packaging your item shipped in, you will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs (including shipping label) to return the product to us.
• If returned items are damaged due to improper packaging/shipping, we reserve the right to refuse the return, and may charge up to a 50% restocking fee, depending on the severity of the damages.
• Once we have inspected and restocked your return, we will issue you a return on the card used for payment.
• Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to process on your account.

Warranty Policy

All TrunkMate Camper Kits come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects or other malfunctions resulting from everyday use of the product.
