Our TrunkMate Camper Kits will fit your vehicle as advertised on the website’s Fit Guide or as stated in any email correspondence. If the product doesn’t fit your vehicle as indicated, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Return Policy
For orders to the USA
Not completely satisfied with your TrunkMate product? If you aren’t happy, we aren’t either. Contact us within 45 days of receiving your TrunkMate product to initiate a return.
Once approved, a return label will be sent via email. Print off the return label(s), affix to the original box(es) and drop off at your local UPS store.
Once we have inspected and restocked your return, we will issue you a refund on the card used for payment. Please allow 3-6 business days for the refund to process on your account.

Terms & Conditions
Return Packaging:
Items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging to qualify for free return shipping.Return Window:
All returns must be received within 10 days of the issuance of the return label.Packaging Responsibility:
If the original packaging is not available, you will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs, including the return shipping label.Damaged Returns:
If returned items are damaged due to improper packaging or shipping, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Depending on the extent of the damage, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied.Missing Items:
If any items are missing from a return, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the value of the missing items from your refund.- Custom Orders:
Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
For orders to Canada
All sales to Canada are final – no returns.
Warranty Policy
All TrunkMate Camper Kits (USA & Canada) come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects or other malfunctions resulting from everyday use.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately so we can stop production before your order ships.
If you cancel after production has begun, a restocking fee of up to 10% of your order total may apply.

Shipping Policy
Shipping to the USA
All orders to the Lower 48 US States include free UPS Ground shipping.
Delivery dates provided in email correspondence or tracking updates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once the package leaves our facility, we cannot change the delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Our warehouse is located in Southern California, and approximate shipping times are indicated on the map below.
Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? Rush orders are available for a 15% fee, ensuring your order ships within 3 business days. Select RUSH ORDER at checkout.
Rush ordering does not guarantee a delivery date, only a ship-by date.
Expedited Shipping
By default, orders ship via UPS Ground. For faster methods (e.g., Next Day Air), please include “EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Need by [Date]” in your order notes. We will send a payment link for the additional cost.
Contact us before ordering if you require a very quick turnaround.
Shipping to Canada

We ship to all Canadian provinces and most metropolitan areas. Please call before ordering to verify delivery availability.
Shipping is currently included in the price (waived $150 flat rate) until further notice.
Duties & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees required by customs. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
UPS will bill any applicable fees directly to the recipient upon delivery. Failure to pay may result in delays or the package being returned.
