We give you 45 days from the ship date to initiate a return. This window applies regardless of delivery timing or installation schedule — we want you to have time to evaluate your setup properly.

Returned items must be in like-new condition and include all original components.

Every TrunkMate product includes a 12–month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected component.

We build our systems for durability — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your vehicle is listed as compatible and the product does not fit as described, we’ll work with you to resolve it. That may include replacement parts, adjustment guidance, or return options depending on the situation.

We communicate lead times clearly before purchase. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships, and we package our products to minimize damage in transit.

If freight damage occurs, we’ll guide you through the claims process.

We currently ship outside the United States to Canada only. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees required by their province or customs authority.
