All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by TrunkMate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including:

- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is processed for fulfillment.
3) Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
4) Made-to-Order Products
Many TrunkMate products are built to order. Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled or modified.
Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production volume, supply chain conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, freight policies, and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
We currently ship internationally to Canada only. Canadian customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.
6) Returns
Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are detailed in our Return Policy.
Returned products must meet condition requirements and include all original components. Restocking fees may apply as described in our policy.
7) Warranty
Our warranty terms are outlined in our Warranty Policy.
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, improper installation, normal wear, or modifications.
